Do you not have mobile internet abroad?

  • Roaming may have been disabled on your device. Go to Settings > Networks > More > Mobile networks to enable roaming.

Did you have mobile internet abroad, but it suddenly no longer works?

  • You may have reached the default data limit for data roaming, so that using mobile internet has been deactivated.

Do you specifically not want to use mobile internet when abroad?

  • Ensure then that roaming has been disabled on your device. Go to Settings > Networks > More > Mobile networks to disable roaming.

Are you experiencing problems calling or being called when abroad?

  • If you are experiencing problems making or receiving calls, there may be a problem with the network coverage. This is probably due to your location, for example a garage or concrete building. Test to see if a change of location helps.
  • If this fails, check the network coverage in your area, or see if changing networks helps. Read the instructions below for this.

Have you rebooted the device?

  • Many problems can be solved by simply rebooting the device.
  • Turn your LG G5 off, reboot it and check whether the problem has been solved.

Did you install the most recent device software?

  • Your problem may be resolved through a software update. Check if a new version of your software is available.
