Are your experiencing problems ‘finding’ other Bluetooth devices?

  • To be able to connect to another Bluetooth device, you must make sure that it is ‘visible’.
  • Check the status of the other device; iPhones automatically become visible once Bluetooth has been activated.

Have you rebooted the device?

  • Many problems can be solved by simply rebooting the device.
  • Turn your iPad Mini 4 off, reboot it and check whether the problem has been solved.
