Do you not have mobile internet abroad?

  • Roaming may have been disabled on your device. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options to enable roaming.

Did you have mobile internet abroad, but it suddenly no longer works?

  • You may have reached the default data limit for data roaming, so that using mobile internet has been deactivated.

Do you specifically not want to use mobile internet when abroad?

  • Ensure then that roaming has been disabled on your device. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options to disable roaming.

How can I limit my internet costs when abroad?

  • You can limit the charges in several ways. Consult whichever of the following instructions applies.

Have you rebooted the device?

  • Many problems can be solved by simply rebooting the device.
  • Turn your Apple iPad Air off, reboot it and check whether the problem has been solved.

  • Your problem may be resolved through a software update. Check if a new version of your software is available.
