Do you need help setting up mobile Internet on your device?

  • In principle, the Liquid Zest 4G is automatically provided with the correct settings for the use of mobile internet.
  • You can also configure them manually. See the below instructions.

Do you need help setting up Wi-Fi on your device?

  • You can access the internet on your Liquid Zest 4G via your mobile internet service, but also via a Wi-Fi connection.
  • To be able to connect to the Internet via a Wi-Fi network, this connection will have to be set up on your device. See the below instructions.

Has flight mode been enabled?

  • The airplane mode will block all ways of connecting to other devices, including via phone, internet, etc.
  • If an aircraft symbol is shown in the status bar, this mode should be disabled. To do this, choose the menu symbol > Settings > More and disable Aeroplane mode.

Has mobile data been disabled?

  • If data access via the mobile network has been disabled, it is not possible to use mobile internet, e-mail and other data services.
  • To check this status, see the below instructions.

Is your internet connection slow?

  • When your internet connection appears to be slow, you may have configured the wrong settings, or you are in an area with poor (3G/ 4G) coverage.

Do you regularly lose your internet connection?

  • If you are experiencing regular loss of your internet connection, there may be a problem with the network coverage. This is probably the result of your location, for example a garage or concrete building. Test to see if a change of location helps.
  • If this fails, check the network coverage in your area.

Have you rebooted the device?

  • Many problems can be solved by simply rebooting the device.
  • Turn your Liquid Zest 4G off, reboot it and check whether the problem has been solved.

Did you install the most recent device software?

  • Your problem may be resolved through a software update. Check if a new version of your software is available.

Have you tried a factory reset?

  • If the preceding steps have not resolved your problem, try doing a so-called ‘factory reset’.
  • Note: A factory reset involves deleting all personal data on the device, such as photos and messages. We recommend you create a backup before trying this.
